Inmate Phones

Procedure

The Dubuque County Jail goes through a 3rd party system for phones. In order to allow inmates to call you from jail you must have an account set up on your phone. In order to set up an account please call Inmate Calling Solutions at 1-888-506-8407.

Please do not call the jail when you have set up an account and request we notify an inmate of an existing account. We will not pass along messages.

If you would like to leave a voice message for an inmate, please call 563-258-4600.  The cost is $0.50 per message.  You will need an ICS prepaid account, your ICS account pin, and the inmate’s ID.  You can fund or create an account by going to www.icsolutions.com or by calling 888-506-8407.
